Join us for a thrilling tour of Spain, as well as parts of France and the small but beautiful country of Andorra.
We will start with two days in Madrid to see it’s beautiful sites followed by five nights in beautiful Barcelona with day trips from Barcelona to see stunning coastal villages in Spain, France and Andorra.
Next, we head from Barcelona to Pamplona, Spain for three days and two nights. It is here that we will attend, the famous Running of the Bulls which takes place annually, each morning from July 5-15, as part of the exciting San Fermin Festival.
Here you can enjoy all the festivities of this famous Spanish festival, including lively nightlife, nightly fireworks, parades, free, outdoor concerts and dances, an option to attend an authentic bull fight and many more activities, unique to this festival.
Daily itinerary
July 1, 2025
Arrive in Madrid, Spain, on your own flight arrangement and then make your way to our hotel which will be an American branded franchise hotel such as either a Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn or Best Western hotel.
This evening, we will have a group orientation at the hotel.
July 2, 2025
This morning, we will enjoy a guided city tour of Madrid featuring its many interesting touristic sites.
After our city tour, the afternoon is at your leisure to further explore Madrid attractions as you wish.
July 3, 2025
This morning, we will be taken to the train station where we will board a train taking us to Barcelona Spain. The train is direct and will get us to Barcelona in only three hours.
Upon arrival we will be taken to our hotel in Barcelona which will again be an American branded franchise such as the Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, or Best western hotel.
July 4, 2025
This morning, we will enjoy a guided city tour of Barcelona and then the afternoon is at your leisure to further explore the many beautiful sites of Barcelona as you wish.
Pictures of Barcelona’s most famous site the awesome cathedral of it it’s Sagrada Familia designed by the incomparable Antoni Gaudi.
July 5, 2025
Today we will enjoy a full day guided tour of two of the most beautiful coastal communities outside of Barcelona.
We will be visiting Costa Brava, and Girona.
Discover the coastal splendor of Costa Brava and Girona on this full day trip from Barcelona as we travel through the scenic countryside and discover the atmospheric streets of Girona’s medieval old town.
Admire the fortresses of Pals, absorb the seaside charm of a rural fishing village and the dramatic landscapes of Begur, the former home of an ancient castle .

Today is a free day at leisure on which you may choose to take an optional excursion to see the magnificent mountain top monasteries of Monserrat, or relax, and enjoy further sightseeing of Barcelona’s fabulous cathedrals and museums.
July 7, 2025
Today we will enjoy a fabulous full day excursion visiting three countries in one day. We will visit sites in Spain, France, and the spectacular and beautiful independent nation of Andorra, one of the smallest nations in the world.
We will see the small medieval city of Baga in Spain, then enjoy the beautiful and therapeutic Hot Springs and fabulous shopping in Ax les Themes France and then admire the scenic mountains and charm in the villages of Roc del Quer and Andorra la Vella in the tiny yet beautiful nation of Andorra.
July 8, 2025
Today we leave Barcelona and take the direct train to Pamplona Spain in only four hours, for three days and two nights visiting the spectacular San Fermin festival, highlighted by witnessing the amazing spectacle that is the famous Running of the Bulls.
Upon arrival we will be taken to our four star Hotel, the Tres Reyes , which has a great location in the heart of Pamplona, making it easy to walk to the festivities of the San Fermin festival, yet also, not be too close to the noise.
The hotel has its own restaurant and is also close to great dining and nightlife of Pamplona and also walking distance to other local attractions.
The hotel also has an outdoor pool and fitness center.
At check in, we will also be given our own souvenir traditional San Fermin festival attire in red and white. (a white shirt with a red neck scarf.)
This afternoon, at approx. 4pm, we will enjoy a guided walking tour of the actual course on which the running of the bulls will take place tomorrow.
The course is approx half a mile long and our guided walking tour will last approx one hour.
This is a fascinating experience in which you will feel the excitement of walking the actual course which the bulls will be running tomorrow along with learning today, fascinating information, which will make your experience witnessing the event itself tomorrow even more special and exciting.
This evening is at your leisure to enjoy the nightlife of the San Fermin festival, plus an outdoor concert and dance party , followed by one of its nightly fireworks displays.
July 9, 2025
This morning, we will enjoy witnessing the spectacle that is the Running of the Bulls
We will witness it from the privileged vantage point of an exclusive balcony overlooking the course. This gives us an excellent view of the action without the hassle of the crowds lining the streets.
Light refreshments will be served on the balcony.
The event takes place at 8:00 AM and after it is over, we will be taken back to our hotel and given a full included breakfast at the hotel.
The rest of the day is free at your leisure to enjoy the festivities and amazing atmosphere of the San Fermin festival followed by its fabulous nightlife and nightly fireworks displays.
You may, if you wish, attend an authentic bull fight this afternoon with tickets on sale from local staff at the hotel.
This evening there will be a parade and outdoor concert, which are each free to the public to attend and enjoy the festival atmosphere.
Tonight, the festival hosts a dance party, followed by its nightly fireworks display, lighting up the sky.
After the fireworks, anyone wishing late night entertainment can enjoy another outdoor concert and dancing sponsored by the festival or just enjoy the music and atmosphere at any of the many local bars.
July 10, 2025
We will be served breakfast at our hotel and then the remainder of the morning is at your leisure to, one more time, Enjoy the festivities of the San Fermin festival and if you wish, you can walk back to the course and once again, watch today’s 8:00 AM running of the bulls from amidst the thousands of joyous fans at street level lining the course. It lasts approx thirty minutes.
At approximately 11 AM we will check out and be taken to the train station for our direct train back to Madrid.
We will then proceed to our hotel for our final night stay.
