Saturday July 3rd, 2021 – Arrive Seattle on your own flight arrangement and make your way to our 4 star hotel in Seattle. This evening we will have a welcome orientation at our hotel followed by an optional visit to see the popular Space Needle tower.  Our space needle experience tonight starts with a visit to Seattle Center, where we will view a beautiful fountain with dancing waters set to a variety of music.

The music at the fountains runs all day and evening and ends at 9:00 pm. The cascading waterfall is on 24 hours a day. Lighting of the International Fountain is on an astro timer, set for 30-45 minutes before sunset. Lighting will be on until the fountain goes off.

From the fountain you will also get a clear up close view of the stunning marvel which is the Space Needle.  Next we will enjoy free time to visit the food court inside the Seattle Center for dinner at your leisure.  Those who wish to ascend the needle via its elevator system to the observation deck can do so, via an optional observation deck ticket.  The space needle observation deck ticket can be pre-purchased in advance or on site.) Those choosing not to go to the observation deck can relax amongst many shops and attractions in the Seattle Center and adjacent buildings.  You will have the option of returning to the hotel with your trip escort or on your own leisure at a time of your choosing.

The Space Needle viewed at night is just stunning.  Whether you view it from the fountains below or ascend to the top for the view from the observation deck, either way you will be mesmerized.

The Seafair Summer Fourth -- as it's now known -- promises to be spectacular, with a unique water-based display featuring hundreds of white strobes floating directly on the lake, and a finale that'll be over 1,000 feet high and cover an area nearly 1,500 feet across.

The highlight of our day will be watching the incredible site and listening to the sound of the glaciers calving into the sea.  Calving is when large chunks of the glaciers break off of the glacier and tumble into the sea, in a thunderous manner.  It is quite an impressive site and sound to witness.

In addition to the amazing activity of watching And listening to the glacial calving activity from the stationary massive glaciers here, Glacier Bay is unlike any other glacier site in that Glacier Bay also has many, many huge floating icebergs that you will be amazed at the incredible site to witness and photograph.

Tall, wide and massive, Hubbard Glacier is a mesmerizing natural wonder.  It’s been called the “Galloping Glacier because of its rapid advancement.  This also leads to active Glacial Calving, providing more thunderous crowd pleasing chunks of ice crashing into the sea.
